  Instruction on managing ad accounts post-setup and provision of email support for ongoing assistance.

• System Management:
  Continuous support to ensure effective operation of the lead generation system.



3. Service Delivery

• Payment and Setup:
  Upon receipt of payment, we will verify access to your ad accounts and proceed with the setup of necessary assets for ad campaigns.

• Lead Generation Timeline:
  We aim to deliver high-quality leads within 4-7 days following payment confirmation and system setup.



4. Pricing and Payment Terms

• Payment Processing:
  Payments are processed securely through Stripe. A buy now, pay later option is available for approved clients.

• Refund Policy:
  Refunds are available only prior to the launch of your first campaign and are subject to a partial refund due to setup and administrative costs. Once the campaign is launched and the first lead is generated, refunds will not be issued.



5. Data Protection

• Confidentiality:
  We are committed to protecting your data. All personal and business information is kept confidential and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law.



6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Client Ownership:
  You retain ownership of all systems, data, and leads generated through our services. Our role is to assist in the setup and management of these assets.

• Intellectual Property:
  Our intellectual property, including but not limited to software, ad content, and methodologies, remains the exclusive property of ForYou Leads.



7. Client Responsibilities

• Account Access:
  You are responsible for providing and maintaining access to your ad accounts as required for service delivery.

• Campaign Management:
  Post-setup, you are responsible for the ongoing management and optimization of your ad campaigns.
