Pre-Launch Refunds:
You are eligible for a partial refund if you request it before we launch your first ad campaign. This refund is partial due to the costs associated with initial setup and administrative expenses.Post-Launch Refunds:
Once your campaign is launched and you have received your first lead, refunds are no longer available. This policy is in place because the setup costs and efforts are non-recoverable after the campaign has started.
3. Refund Request Process
Request Submission:
To request a refund, you must contact us at support@foryouleads.com before the campaign launch. Provide your order details and reason for the refund request.Review and Response:
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If eligible, a partial refund will be processed, taking into account the costs incurred up to that point.Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Setup Costs:
Fees for services rendered before the campaign launch, including but not limited to setup costs, are non-refundable.Ongoing Services:
Any services provided after the campaign launch, including support and management, are non-refundable.

In cases where disputes arise regarding the quality of service or campaign performance, please contact us at support@foryouleads.com to address and resolve any issues. We will review each case individually to determine if an exception to the refund policy is warranted.
